If you have a completed manuscript and would like to submit it to Oxygen Publishing, please upload your file where indicated on the Submission Questionnaire. All manuscripts must be proofread, spell-checked and formatted in WORD. Once received, we will conduct a needs analysis based on your submission and contact you by email to set up a submission consult to discuss your vision and answer your questions.
